My ESE class needs to be motivated all the time to make sure they behave in class so they can work effectively. Giving them rewards with simple toys, snacks, and digital time while working can be effective motivational incentives for them. They would need visuals and manipulates so they can understand lessons better. Giving them rewards on Friday make them do their activities with less prompts and independently. I would also like to use the iPad for individual instructions as most of them have 1 on 1 with me. They could even use it for reward time so they can work better. Technology is making our work easier now as students are more visual and auditory learners.
