In order to listen to learn we need to learn to listen. Having this listening center in the classroom will help my students learn to listen. For some of them it's a matter of drowning out other sounds and noises. Being able to focus on the sounds that they hear when they put on the headphones at the listening center will enhance their ability to listen and in turn, open their minds and imaginations to other ways that are available to help them enjoy their learning experience when they are in school.

About my class
