My students transitioned from elementary to middle school during a time of utter chaos, and they did so with courage and versatility. In doing so, they have not been afforded the opportunity to learn basic study and organization skills that are typically learned during the middle grade years.
My students are in a 100% virtual program and would benefit from having access to the same physical resources their peers in traditional brick and mortar schools have access to. While students are learning virtually, it is still necessary for them to have access to traditional paper, and pencil resources to supplement their virtual instruction.
