These materials will allow my students to be able to explore a hands-on activity with the limited space our classroom provides. During our learning centers time students are exploring the various manipulatives set out to practice number recognition, counting skills. Or they are exploring objects found in nature to go along with our science theme. This may include hands exploration of seeds, apples, or fall leaves collected from the trees. This seating option will allow the students to have the space they need to explore these objects without the restriction of table room.
