Elementary students love to move to music. Playing rhythm band instruments give students a fun way to move and experience music. Music students can play the variety of instruments while learning characteristics of various styles of music. The activities can also supplement learning about the music of various cultures.
These pre-band instruments will help foster the students interest in belonging to a performing group later in their educational path. Rhythm band instruments are fun for students to express themselves and make noise rhythmically with others in the elementary music classroom.
