Research has proven that movement benefits brain function. I make it a focus in my class to have my students up and moving while they learn as much as possible. My students also need to complete independent work at their desks.
I want to provide them movement opportunities while seated. I will use the wobble seats and wobble chair feet to allow them this movement, that many of them crave. 1/3 of my students will be able to utilize these tools in order to help them focus on doing their best learning.
