With the materials I requested, my students will be given the opportunity to have hands-on experience creating and bringing their ideas to life. With the materials, we will be able to cultivate entrepreneurial mindsets in each of the students who take part in our project.
My students will gain skills at creating customized products such as t-shirts, cups, bags, and jewelry; that they can possibly use in their adult lives. The skill they learn will help to open doors to endless opportunities. Although my students will be learning and using the materials within the school, they will gain the knowledge that they can take everywhere. We will also incorporate basic money management skills, teaching the students how to take what they earned and save and reinvest. We want them to leave us having these life skills.
