My goal as a teacher is to make students love books! When they love books, they also learn to love reading! This project is all about expanding my students exposure to books that are engaging to all interests and ability levels. These books will be used both in the classroom and will be available for any student to take home and read for pleasure. I have asked for book tote bags for students to take back and forth from school as well as crates that will be used for displaying them in class. My classroom library will be exciting to visit with new series and books to enjoy and I cannot wait to see their eyes get wide with excitement at the possibilities books hold within their pages. The adventures are just waiting to begin!
