These supplies will help students come to class with the basic materials they need to be students. If we can start with getting basic supplies to students who otherwise can't afford them, then we can start leveling the playing field for them. Many of my students just simply come from homes that value education but can't afford to send students to school with the most basic supplies they need daily in the classroom. This project is about getting those supplies in the hands of my EL students so they can simply concentrate on learning.
