The ROAR store is used to encourage our students to be R- Respectful, O- Open-Minded, help them to A- Act Safe, and to be R- Responsible.
Students get the chance to earn ROAR slips from their teachers, or ROAR coins from other staff around the school, when they are showing ROAR behavior.
Students are then able to purchase items from the ROAR store once a month. The store includes fidgets and trinkets that everyone is able to earn, along with relationship based prizes- such as Being a Guest Reader in another class, Lunch with the Principal, or a ROAR activity. These activities help bring community to the school, as well as foster a positive learning environment.
