Using the light table with Math and Literacy translucent manipulatives will engage children in educational activities all while exciting their senses. I currently do not have any translucent manipulatives to use on our class' light table.
Students will learn to make patterns, sort, count, and learn letter names and sounds while simultaneously being intrigued with the translucent manipulatives at their disposal! Learning at its finest!
I will use small groups to facilitate the activities and learning. I can monitor their successes with or without the class overhead lights on for even more learning extravaganzas.
