I have some students who are at grade level but lack cooperating skills to really help with the other struggling learners. And with Covid 19 "stoppage" of "normal" education not happening in my classroom since the spring of 2020; it has been hard on my students ( and me too)! I am hoping by providing grade level "games" that this will help expand my struggling student's learning while growing all of my student's cooperative skills. We have been working hard at understanding other's feelings and how to be good classmates in the classroom as well as outside (at recess and lunch). I also feel that helping others builds empathy and caring for others. And all of my students need to learn grade level standards.
