My students will build a better understanding of our world by reading these non fiction books. They will learn more about life science 4.LS1.1, energy 4.PS3.2, and Earth ESS1.1, while improving their non fiction reading comprehension skills RI4.1-10. They will also learn more about important historical figures, community resources, and community safety. I will be able to use these books in my teaching by relating them to our daily lessons. Students will be able to learn more about our 4th grade topics by pulling information from these books and connecting them to our daily lessons across all disciplines.

About my class
