SS 5.0 To use active reading techniques (skim chapter, take notes, compose test questions, and review major points). These resources will help fill gaps created by the pandemic and will allow for students to utilize constructed responses and encourage them to work with paper and a pencil, rather than staring at a screen. These are lifelong skills (time management, metacognition, learning styles, organization, note-taking, summarizing and analysis, and test taking strategies) that need to be developed for use across the curriculum and after high school, regardless of their future plans. The strategies, tips and tools found in these resources will help students this year and beyond.
