After being in their homes for more than a year, students need to get active and connected. As we start our volleyball program, we can meet both the physical health and social health needs of our students through physical activity and camaraderie.
Students will meet the following NVACS:
2.8.1 Apply knowledge of the critical elements in specialized skills.
2.8.2 Implement multiple strategies in physical activities.
Volleyball is a sport that requires both individual effort and team collaboration for success. By participating in the skills and strategies needed for volleyball, students will be able to take those lessons and apply them to other parts of their school experience.
