During the COVID 19 shutdown, my students were dealt with a variety of challenging situations. They did not have the consistency of school, and some of them never attended school in person. Learning how to regulate themselves and their emotions is integral to participate appropriately in all school activities and learn Nevada Academic Content Standards. Students will be able to use an iPad to have a deep understanding of social awareness, sense of belonging, and emotion regulation by connectinging to additional supports and services on my website (i.e., surveys, referrals, mindfulness activities).
