If my students are quarantined due to COVID then I will have the lesson posted online but since most of the materials they will need for this lesson will be kept here in the classroom then they won't be able to complete this particular project. I will teach them different techniques that they could use different materials at home to be successful with printmaking. I am requesting materials which will help my students learn about a different culture (Japanese) and a specific style - Gyotaku Japanese Fish Printmaking - of art that is important to that culture. The students will also learn the different techniques there are to printing making, not just the Japanese style.

About my class
