My students are so creative and supportive of each other. their varied ability levels on most school assignments can created a barrier and separate them from each other. Projects using the Lego bricks would give students, who might not shine in many educational settings, the chance to show their gifts in a different and creative way. My students could demonstrate mathematics using concrete hands on tools and help others to see that everyone has a way to show mastery and that there is more than one way to solve a problem.
