My students are not the biggest fans of reading in the traditional sense. I want to show my students that reading can be fun and engaging. These games will hopefully bring some excitement and enjoyment to reading. The headphones will allow them to listen to audiobooks and the physical books will allow them to choose from a variety.
The students will be able to reach their Accelerated Reader goals with the access to the books in the classroom. I want my students to leave my class with at least an appreciation for reading.
