By donating to our project, you will be helping to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement with them having the tools for hands-on learning. The students will have math manipulatives, books to read, glue for our letter creations, and many more tools for all of are hands-on activities we do in class. We do a lot of hands on cutting, gluing to make letter books and number books. Then for center we use manipulatives like bear sorting for more hands on tools. My learners will be able to focus on their academic learning by having materials at hand and not worry whether the materials are going to work or not.
This is the first year for most of my students even stepping into a classroom. As their teacher, I am trying to make learning fun, exciting, and something they want to do. Most of the activities we do in class every day are hands-on. The materials I have listed are so we can keep having hands-on fun for them to activate their learning to become the best writers and readers they can be.
