During the pandemic, a lot of students had so much to deal with beyond online school. Unfortunately, that means that they have lost skills, and maybe tired of all the online reading and work. Therefore, I want to provide choice reading to my students when it comes to class projects. They will be allowed to check out books to use for projects, essays, or for leisure. Some standards that will be addressed if this project is funded are RL.9.10.1 Determine a theme or central idea of a text and analyze in detail its development over the course of the text, including how it emerges and is shaped and refined by specific details
