These materials will help support trauma students by allowing them the flexibility to sit wherever they want as they work on their tasks. These flexible seating options and fidgets will also provide outlets for them to process their emotions.
Students grappling with effects of remote learning and the pandemic are showing significant needs in the area of social-emotional learning. Having the opportunity to sit as they need to, be able to work cooperatively with their peers in a comfortable environment, and have an outlet to support their emotions will provide an effective learning classroom.
