The books, which share real-life stories told by young survivors (ELA 5.1), will be an adventurous addition to our classroom library. The color printer, highlighters, colored pencils, dry erase markers, and laminator will provide my students with color-printed worksheets and manipulatives. Students will learn how to organize their writing and see colorful examples that will help them practice color coding for organization in their writing (W.5.4-6).
The headphones will assist students with their independent work on the Chromebooks. It will allow them to listen and work with less distraction.
