It will save them time and effort. Even though they can do the math written out, a calculator like this can solve in a couple of seconds. Once we understand the process, the answer is more valuable than doing complex calculations over and over again.
Some students have their own calculators already. I would just like to make the playing field level by allowing all students to have access to technology that will help them succeed.
The calculators will be used by more students each following year.
