My students will use these books in our leveled reading group and classroom library. Students love reading non-fiction books and our selection is very limited. These new books will let my students pick books they can read independently. The books I chose will help students with their reading comprehension and vocabulary. We use whiteboards daily within math and reading to formative assess students abilities.
