COVID-19 has created a deep impact on students' social and emotional well-being. Many students are struggling with how to cope with stress and negative emotionality. My hope is that I can create a safe place to support students in further exploring and developing coping skills and resilience.
The books, resources, and calming items that I have requested will help create a safe climate and space for students to explore what is important to them in their life as well as build internal resilience and skills to overcome trauma, stress and enhance overall well-being.
