My special education students struggle with reading comprehension, written expression, and reading fluency. The purpose of this project is to help with their (students) reading fluency such as phonics skills. Therefore, the headphones with microphones will help with their reading program/app such as MobyMax and System 44 at school and home. The headphones can also help with text-to-speech on assignments in Canvas by clicking on the "immersive reading". This allows the program to reading the assignment to the students. Overall, the headphones will help tremendously with my student reading comprehension and fluency.
