My students are most engaged with hands-on manipulatives. We are building our Forensics programs and students love looking at items microscopically. Students will be able to identify hairs and fibers with these new materials, including grass and blood stained fibers. A crime mock scene will be constructed for students to collect evidence and test them. These items will give them new clues for crime scenes and be able to take pictures of what they see in the microscope! The AP Chemistry students will have new models with unshared electron pairs for the visualization of VSEPR shapes.
