iPad Pro will be used both for learning from home when I create my prerecorded videos uploaded to canvas for all students who will miss the in class instruction. Instead of me using my old but trusty small Wacom tablet when explaining mathematics I will be upgrading to an iPad with an Apple Pencil. This iPad Pro will also greatly impact my in class instruction that I will not be just stuck in front of my classroom because I can now freely go around while teaching using the iPad Pro.
I would love to be able to be away from the whiteboard while teaching and maintaining close proximity with every student. I have seen this setup works greatly with one of my colleagues (also teaching math). She goes around her class using an iPad with an Apple Pencil projected in the board using Apple TV. So I'm asking if you guys at least fund the iPad first and then I'll just buy an Apple Pencil and an Apple TV using my own money. It would be a great help for my instruction and my students' learning if I have an iPad. Thank you!
