My students will learn by doing. I use project based learning and they take such pride in seeing their projects displayed for they school and stakeholders to see. By creating projects, they are learning content and learning responsibility for work. When students know that the work that they created will be displayed, they will take more time and create quality work, thus learning more. These rails and other supplies will give us the perfect opportunity to display their work. As we are in such a poor area, making sure that all students have supplies to be successful is important. The poster board, glue, paper and all other supplies are primarily purchased by me. All of these materials would help us create a "Hall of History" for the students to display their amazing projects.
