I am requesting books, chart paper, art supplies and markers. In my class students work collaboratively. In small groups students will read an argument essay protected in the reusable sleeves. (RI 7.8) As we read, we will work in groups to determine the claim and reasons and evidence.
Students will use the dry erase markers to annotate text in the protective sleeves. Students will use the materials such as the colored pencils and markers to illustrate additional points to be made in their argument essays. Students will also use the plastic buzzers to indicate when they want to contribute.
