A playground ball or basketball for every student! Students will greatly benefit from having their own piece of equipment -- no sharing or waiting in lines needed! This way students can be actively moving for a longer period of time. Playground balls and basketballs provide students with opportunities to improve hand-eye coordination, bilateral proficiency, rhythm, muscular strength, and cardiovascular endurance depending on the activity or lesson. If every student has a ball to use, it increases their confidence and motivation through continuous practice. Students can focus and concentrate on their own growth, and teachers can readily provide feedback without delay. Some students don't have a ball at home to use. Allowing all students to have ball in their hands during P.E. affords them a better chance for improvement. Through the use of these balls, students will gain insight into cooperative games and team sports like basketball, four square, wall ball, kickball, bowling, soccer, and much more! Students will gain knowledge in game play, vocabulary use, fundamentals, and sportsmanship which they can apply in the real world.
