Due to Covid, students spent more time at home than ever before. Not only did they miss over a year of school, but their physical health has been impacted every bit as much as their emotional health being away from the school gym. With this equipment, students will participate in fitness activities and track their performance on benchmark workouts as well as max lifts and analyze their progress throughout the year.

About my class
