In class, I will have students choose an amendment that they find to be the most important to their daily lives. They will then use the materials in class to create an informative poster about their amendment. The posters will then be used in student presentations to the rest of the class.
These resources will be utilized to teach students about the U.S. Constitution and how it affects their daily lives. This lesson will adhere to NVACS SS.9-12.CE.32. (Evaluate how the U.S. Constitution establishes the powers and responsibilities of local, state, and tribal governments.)
