By having more hands on materials in class, we can engage in highly effective lessons to have fun while learning. For instance, we can make group posters about books we are reading. We can use colors to make our graphic organizers more engaging. We can use post it notes for exit tickets. Brainstorming together will be much more fun with hands on supplies. The class set of books is for our students to "walk a mile" in another person's shoes and see the hardship people in other countries face growing up. Thank you for supporting our class!
