As a middle school counselor for grades 6-8, in a highly trauma-impacted school that has seen dramatic changes from the COVID pandemic, the items from my Ðǿմ«Ã½ project will go towards creating a calm office space for students, parents, and teachers, a supportive curriculum that supports a variety of student needs, breathing techniques, coping strategies, supportive SEL curriculum for students and teachers, group activity curriculum, relationship building resources, and anxiety relief with the use of fidgets. Providing unique resources to my students will allow me to differentiate my counseling approach for every student's individual needs.
