Teaching online last year made it difficult for my students to have hands-on learning opportunities. I want to give them the opportunity to see science in action, not just learn about the theory behind it. This is the reason I picked the life science kits. Students can actually see why volcanos erupt or crystals form instead of just reading about them.
Students are more engaged in learning when they get to physically interact with their lessons. They will learn so much more from coding actual robots than just reading about how it is done. I want to spark a lifelong interest in science in my students.
