We will be able to read as a small group, discuss the text, write and peer edit using flexible grouping. This table and chairs will allow me to meet with students and work with them. All ELA standards can be taught, re-taught, and differentiated at this table. The wobbly chairs gives students an opportunity to take a break from their desks and help my ADHD kids time to wiggle without having to stop their learning. In middle school everything is about the desk, but I need a small group setting that is permanent and does not require me to move desks around.

About my class
