During Guided Reading time the classroom is busy with independent learners that are actively engaged in literacy activities. When the students can build, create, and explore with a variety of activities they are able to try on the social emotional skills they are learning like sharing and taking turns. These items will create the choices for this creative time and the reading material for me to share the different social emotional topics with the class. The books will help create conversations around these very important skills that all young learners need.

About my class

During Guided Reading time the classroom is busy with independent learners that are actively engaged in literacy activities.
