With these new books, phonics games, and writing materials my students will be able to catch up to grade level so that they will be successful in second grade. Using the games for math and phonics will also engage my students in role playing and develop skills such a s cooperation and being a good sport as they have been virtual and not in person. The social interaction will help them to attain a growth mindset. Standards that will be fulfilled are: RF.1.2, RL.1.2, R.F.1.3, RF.1.4, O.A.A.1.1, W.1.3., and Health 1.PCE.1.3.
