I have 14 students that come into my classroom with various needs. I am creating flexible workspace options to meet the needs of the students. I currently only have five round tables in my room with chairs, and I want the students to be able to move/fidget around at those stations. I want those students to be rewarded for participation through incentives such as snacks and/or sitting in the back of the classroom in flexible seating. This seating will be used as a workstation to continue working on their grade level expectations.
