I am asking for resources such as leveled books and workbooks to help students in my classroom become better readers. Students need a variety of books and resources to help them with comprehension. RL.2.10 and RI.2.10 standards will be addressed as students use these materials.
Books will be placed in the class library for students to choose from. Students take a Star Test each month for their reading level. Students choose books to read according to a color-coded system on the books.
Students will be reading and taking AR tests to check comprehension. Workbooks will be used in small groups to practice a variety of reading and language skills.
