Putting books into the hands of students gives them the gift of success. When a student learns to read, it will only serve to help them succeed in life. Giving students access to more books and diverse books helps them to see the world in a new perspective that helps them grow as individuals. Having access to high quality literature will benefit my students by exposing them to more words and ideas than they can experience on their own. Books grow readers, readers grow leaders, and our future depends on them.
