I would like to give my students authentic Spanish resources to elevate my lessons and encourage my students to become inquirers and global thinkers.
I plan to use these resources to meet the following Nevada Academic Content Standards (NVACS) in World Languages, Standard 4: Students understand the relationship between the practices and perspectives of the culture studied. Standard 5: Students understand the relationship between the products and perspectives of the culture studied. Standard 6: Students reinforce and further their knowledge of other disciplines through the foreign language. Standard 9: Students use the language both within and beyond the school setting. Standard 10: Students show interest in continuing the study of the foreign language for personal enjoyment and enrichment.
