Students will use the materials to explore diverse and peace education. The books will allow for meaningful conversations and bring a sense of welcome to students of color. They will have the materials to take their research further with hands-on projects that will allow them to provide a visual aspect to their presentations in subjects across botany, zoology, history, geography, math, and language expanding their knowledge as well as that of their peers. Art and music provide another opportunity to express language and math concepts in a format that appeal to students in 1st through 3d grades.

About my class
