Kindergarteners are five to six years old; we all know that their greatest motivators are games and fantasy. Hands-on activities will help my students to expand their imagination and visualize what they are learning.
Counting, adding, or subtracting games and activities will help my students relate math to something wondrous and fun as well as encourage those who may find math intimidating.
Out of all learning materials, the ones my students love most are those they can get their hands on! They enjoy growing their knowledge side by side with their imagination and even more playing with friends! This is when school really becomes fun!
