The activities in this project will help engage my students in fun, therapeutic activities to help develop their fine motor and visual motor skills. This project will allow the students to participate in fun, challenging activities to work on these foundational skills without them knowing it is work. Copying designs with blocks will help build the students visual motor skills to better allow them to copy from the board or a book. Lacing activities develop fine motor skills which will in turn progress a students handwriting abilities. Developing these skills will help them succeed in the classroom and progress them towards meeting their goals.
