My project will help me focus on language development, along with reading/ literacy skills. Since we have been behind masks, and on screens for a year, integrating back into the classroom with hands on materials, has been challenging. Due to COVID restrictions, we have had to find new areas within the school to provide therapy, which places my students on the hard ground. By providing flexible seating, my students will be able to be comfortable and focus to the task easier. Along with materials that are easily cleaned and easier to transport.
