I am running three groups Anxiety, Depression, Grief, and Teen parents. Having these electronic devices will help my project to be more effective. I can use the device to aid exposure therapy. By using these devices, I will be able to reduce the pain and suffering they are going through. I will also be able to help the students who are dealing with fear and help them to fight their fear. They are living in unreality because of their beliefs and suffer from the unknown. By having these tools and devices, I will be able to bring them back to reality, face their fear, and eventually, providing them with coping strateiges.

About my class
