As a first year teacher, I walked into a classroom that was void of engaging resources, materials, anything that might catch a students attention and get them interested in science, and learning in general. I have had to start from zero in filling my class with these items, and the resources I do have are outdated. The TV will update my current system and be a large clear screen for my in-class students to see, and any recorded lessons would also benefit any students learning at home, with the screen in view to teach from in any recordings. Posters, models, merge cubes, maps, etc. will all provide my students further examples of science content, in different ways to learn and look at things.
